GiveSmart is a platform used to process donations for non-profits. Our agents are not able to cancel, refund, provide receipts for, or alter information on donations you've made to organizations. These inquiries should be directed to the organizations to which you donated or otherwise made a payment with.
To stop receiving text messages, simply reply stop to the texts received.
If you're unsure what organization you've donated to:
Navigate to the form used or your email receipt. Generally, organizations will include their name, if not their website or contact information.
Additionally, check your credit card statement/online banking for the name of the organization associated with the charge, as well as possible contact information.
If no contact point is clear, then generally you can get in touch with the organization in question by locating their website or social media via your favorite search engine by searching for the organization's name.
