What is meant by Pledged, Pending and Collected Donations?
Collected Donations
Donations that have been completed and fully processed.
Pending Donations
Donations that have been completed, but have not yet been fully processed. The funds are in transit from the donor to your organization.
Collected and Pending Donations can be viewed under Existing Reporting > Search Transactions. For more about Search Transactions, click here.
Pledged Donations
The amount that has been initially pledged, regardless of whether the donor completed or not.
