Download the following quick reference guides for using the swipers at your event. These guides are for reminding you of the steps and assisting your volunteers only. You still need to review the remainder of this document to order, prepare and test your swipers.
Before Your Event
Check Device Compatibility
Please make sure your mobile device is compatible with the swipers. If your device is not on this list, it will not work with the swiper and software. This is the most up to date list provided by the swiper manufacturer, if you have any additional questions on device compatibility please reach out to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Order Your Swiper(s)
Credit card swipers are ordered by emailing email@example.com, and are used in conjunction with the MobileCause mobile app.

The cost for swipers will be applied directly through the merchant center to your linked bank account.
Swiper orders ship with standard shipping speed, so please allow an appropriate amount of time for delivery before the date when you will need the devices.
If you have an urgent need for a swiper to be delivered faster than regular shipping (e.g. you have an event 3 days after signing with GiveSmart Fundraise, you need to quickly replace a defective swiper, etc.), you may contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org, and we will do our best to accommodate.

- You can download the MobileCause credit card swiper app onto a mobile phone or tablet by going to the Apple App Store or Google Play store.

- Once the swiper(s) has arrived, attach it to your phone or mobile device.
Note: Make sure to charge the u-Dynamo for at least SIX hours before using it.
